MoIT to construct early warning mechanism for trade disputes

This is an important part of the project entitled "Strengthening state management on preventing evasion of trade remedies and origin fraud," which was discussed by members of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on Tuesday. Accordingly, the project will focus on strengthening the management of exports, imports, and foreign investment activities. It will also be necessary to develop, amend and supplement legal documents to prevent trade disputes and origin fraud.
