MoIT's loss-making projects show positive signs

Among them, the Viet Trung steel plant and the DAP 1 Hai Phong fertilizer plant have all reported rising profits.

Despite still incurring losses, 4 projects have been gradually stabilized and have reduced losses. Meanwhile, one of the three projects that were suspended for production has resumed operations.

3 projects with incomplete construction have resumed construction work. These are positive signs that solutions to existing problems have been implemented in the right direction.
