Mekong Delta to improve PCI

For the past 4 years, the average PCI of the region has been the highest among 6 regions and continues to be the most dynamic economic region in the country. However, experts say that the Mekong Delta still has potential to achieve an even higher PCI.

Currently, 9 out of 13 localities in the region have built start-up programs. Along with that, improving PCI will help the region attract more investment from both domestic and foreign investors and eventually create a breakthrough in its development.
