Khanh Ly was born to Vietnamese parents in 1991 and has been living in France. Her passion for cuisine made her become a famous chef in France. After becoming the MasterChef France winner, she studied hotel and restaurant management at Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon.
In April 2016, she published a cookbook with 45 recipes for dishes. Currently, she is a chef at a private restaurant and has been invited to work as a consultant for several prestigious restaurants in the world.
As scheduled, she will attend the Francophone festival at the Vietnam National University, Hanoi on March 18 and meet with prospective students of gastronomy at O’Douceurs restaurant in 91 Tran Hung Dao street, Hanoi.
On March 21, La Table du Chef Restaurant chef, Alain Dutournier and Ly will prepare a dinner with French dishes at the French embassy in Vietnam. The dinner will be participated by Vietnamese alumni and students, who want to study French culinary, tourism and wine.
