Local residents first spotted the blaze at 7:20 am. It gutted kiosks leaving most goods destroyed in the market but traders managed recover some products from their stores. No injuries have been reported so far. According to Van Lang District People's Committee, nearly 300 people including police, army officers and residents fought the blaze. The fire was extinguished after some 2 hours of efforts. The cause of the fire is under investigation./.
