The contest is jointly hosted by the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization, the Central Theoretical Council, the Vietnam Journalists’ Association, the Communist Review, the Nhan Dan Newspaper, and Vietnam Television (VTV). The live broadcast will run from 8:10 PM to 9:30 PM on Wednesday, October 22, on VTV1.
This year’s contest coincides with a significant period of change in Vietnam, characterized by key national celebrations such as the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2), as well as preparations for the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. These events have fostered strong national pride and unity, while also strengthening the country’s commitment to streamlining its political system, enhancing governance efficiency, and advancing development toward prosperity and sustainability.
In this new context, the competition continues to highlight the crucial importance of safeguarding the Party’s ideological foundation and combating false and hostile perspectives. It serves as a widespread political campaign throughout the entire Party and society at large, emphasizing its importance for Party building and ideological security.

Many localities and organizations actively published excellent works to raise public awareness, enhancing the overall quality of media content on this important topic. Numerous submissions involved collaboration across agencies and regions. Notably, many young authors, including members of the Youth Union, explored themes of the younger generation's responsibility during the era of national progress.
The Organizing Committee will recognize individuals and groups with outstanding contributions by awarding 35 Third Prizes (C), 23 Second Prizes (B), and 12 First Prizes (A), along with special awards for Outstanding Senior Author, Outstanding Young Author, and Outstanding Collective Achievement.
Along with the official awards presentation, the program will feature special artistic performances by well-known artists and be hosted by MCs Huu Bang and Minh Trang.
