The event features around 120 booths by businesses, cooperatives, and farmers’ associations in the province.
The booths are displaying specialties, agricultural products and goods which have qualified for the ‘One Commune, One Product’ programme in Lang Son, such as star anise, Bao Lam seedless persimmons, Trang Dinh black jelly, lemons, and six-toed chickens.
Speaking at the event, Nguyen Huu Chien, Director of the Lang Son Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, said that the promotion programme was designed to promote agricultural products protected by geographical indications and specialties of Lang Son Province to customers in Hanoi.
It also aims to provide opportunities for foster cooperation in the consumption of agricultural products of Vietnam and especially Lang Son, he added.
