Land transactions on temporary break in 3 SEZs

Local authorities in Quang Ninh, Khanh Hoa and Kien Giang provinces, where the three SEZs Van Don, Phu Quoc and Bac van Phong located, have asked units involved in land management and real estate to put a temporary halt on land transactions in these three zones.

These include the transfer of land use and convergence, among others. This is aimed to prevent land speculation, which can lead to drastic price increases.

Meanwhile, Prime Minster Nguyen Xuan Phuc has also directed the Ministry of Construction to clarify the drastic changes in real estate transactions in these three zones. Strict punishment will also be placed on violations and interference in order to stabilize the market.
