Each year, Kind Deeds produces a special program, with the gala traditionally airing during the Lunar New Year. Featuring touching stories of humanity and compassion from real people, the gala aims to offer a warm, meaningful start to the new year. For this reason, many remarkableindividuals and emotional stories were invited to the gala to look back on a year-long journey of Kind Deeds.
This year, the Kind Deeds journey carries a message of quiet pride: “Forever Vietnamese”. Being “Vietnamese” is not defined merely by an ID card or a passport, but by how Vietnamese people care for one another in times of hardship, share food and shelter, and quietly build lives through acts of kindness wherever in the world they may be.

Every Vietnamese person is a flag of patriotism in their own way, and amid the fast pace of modern life, kindness has become the clearest “identity marker”. At the Kind Deeds Binh Ngo Lunar New Year Gala, audiences will hear heartfelt stories that inspire greater love and pride for the two words “Viet Nam”. These stories include the journey of Nguyen Ngoc Nhat Hoang and the SOS 75 Hue team, as well as the inspiring tale of five female medical staff and neonatal nurses from the Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, whose courage and dedication have been unwavering in their care for patients.
