Since its first broadcast in 2014, Kind Deeds has shared more than 2,500 inspiring stories of kindness and goodwill among Vietnamese people with national television audiences. The individuals who perform “kind deeds” hail from diverse backgrounds: farmers, workers, engineers, young people, and even children. What unites them is a spirit of benevolence and a commitment to contributing positive values to the community. For many consecutive years, Kind Deeds and its featured individuals have had the honor of meeting with and receiving commendations from the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
This year’s Gala carries the theme “Forever Vietnamese”. Being Vietnamese is more than what's stated on an ID card or passport, it is reflected in how people care for one another in times of hardship, how they share meals and clothing, and perform quiet acts of kindness that build lives wherever Vietnamese people are in the world. Each Vietnamese citizen is a symbol of patriotism, and amid the fast pace of life, kindness is the clearest “identifier” of all.
The Gala raises three symbolic flags: The Flag of Voluntary Spirit in Storms and Floods, The Flag of Compassion in Daily Life, and The Flag of Vietnamese Pride.

CHAPTER 1: THE FLAG OF VOLUNTARY SPIRIT IN STORMS AND FLOODS
Severe natural disasters and devastating floods marked the year 2025. Yet, amid the raging waters and heavy losses, the solidarity of the Vietnamese people was never wavered. In the face of adversity, every citizen and every soldier became a “voluntary flag”, rising together through action and responsibility.

CHAPTER 3: THE FLAG OF VIETNAMESE PRIDE
The Vietnamese spirit extends beyond national borders. The Gala highlights the profound solidarity between Vietnam and Cuba, from large-scale fundraising campaigns to Vietnamese engineers sharing their agricultural expertise in Cuba.
