The event, which is the biggest music awards show in Asia and is organised by CJ E&M, will be held from November to December.
This year's edition will begin at Hoa Binh Theatre in HCM City on November 25 before reaching Japan's Yokohama Arena on November 29 and the Asia World-Expo Arena in Hong Kong on December 1.
The awards ceremony will feature a number of performances from international acts. Launched in 1999, the event connects music lovers and encourages collaboration between artists in order to boost the music scene in Asia.
With the announcement that South Korea's MAMA Awards, one of Asia's most prestigious awards ceremonies, will be held in Vietnam, fans have been gearing up to see their favourite singers in the flesh. This is also a chance for Vietnamese artists to gain more exposure.
