The journey, which was launched by the Vietnam Youth Federation (VYF) Central Committee, Ministry of Science and Technology and Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, attracted over 100 students and youths from around the country.
The participants were divided into three groups, with one starting from Hanoi and going to Hai Phong, Nghe An, Quang Binh, Thua Thien – Hue and Da Nang. The others went from Can Tho to Ho Chi Minh City, Lam Dong, Phu Yen, Quang Nam and Da Nang.
In all localities, the members took part in numerous forums and seminars with various themes related to start-ups such as supporting policies for start-up projects, policies from venture capital funds and angel investors, human resources, e-commerce, information and technology application and start-ups in high-tech agriculture and tourism.
In addition, the participants visited the models of outstanding start-up enterprises in localities.
At the closing ceremony, the organising board presented a first, a second, a third and seven consolation prizes to young people who joined the practical start-ups contest.
