That conclusion has been proven through the cases of various enterprises that have taken part in the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)-funded project.
Enterprises joined this project with the aim of improving their working environments and achieving employees' satisfaction. They propose several changes in terms of production methods, training, and raising labor productivity. Some companies have rearranged positions of their machines, optimized their production lines, analyzed reasons for faulty products and met requirements of their employees. In total, 12 companies have improved their situations by joining the project.
