Japanese tech boosts trawlers

VTV.vn - 25 trawlers from the central province of Binh Dinh have set sail this month with new Japanese fishing and preservation equipment on board. This first trip is to help fishermen get familiar with the new equipment.

These 25 trawlers will officially begin operating the new equipment during November and December this year. The provincial authority are offering an additional 2 USD per kilo for the fishing batches which meet the required export standards. The province have underlined its strong determination to tuna products to Japan next year.
