Japanese investers eye Vietnamese real estate

The investment promotion conferences recently organized by TMS Group in three major cities in Japan provided the latest information about Vietnam’s real estate investment situation. Nearly 500 Japanese businesses and investors participated in the event.

Manufacturing and processing accounted for 65% of the total Japanese investment in Vietnam, while the real estate sector accounts for only 12%. Therefore, Vietnam real estate is believe to have a lot of potential for Japanese investors.
