On September 9, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Vietnam Television in conjunction with the Embassy of Japan in Hanoi agreed to hold the music festival Vietnam - Japan 2018.
Under the theme Flowers Bloom When Meeting Me, the festival will feature the characteristic songs of the two peoples, the spirit of cohesion, towards cooperation and development and for a world of peace.
Well-known artists of the two countries will perform at the festival. From Japan, artists Godai Natsuko, Atsushi and W-wina will come. In particular, veteran singer Sugi - a cultural ambassador who has contributed to the development of the Vietnam-Japan friendship will also be present at the festival.
On the Vietnamese side, Mr T, Hoa Minzy, Trong Hieu, My Linh will sing. Singers Dong Nhi and Vu Cat Tuong will talk about their upcoming project in Japan.
The Vietnam-Japan Music Festival is scheduled to be aired live on VTV1 and broadcast the following days on the two countries' television.
