IT applications promoted in health care

This is meant to reduce hard copy documents in local health stations, enhance the quality of health care services, as well as reduce pressure on central hospitals.

Most hospitals have applied the software for managing their operation and 99.5% of health care centers nationwide have connected with the Vietnam Social Security assessment system. Many public services provided by the Ministry of Health are online and the Ministry of Health's progress of administrative document processing is published on the Government's portal.
