International bonds issuance discussed

What is the most important factor for local businesses to consider when they want to call for foreign capital by issuing bonds to the international market? Cost of capital? Term to maturity? Diversification of partners? Or diversification of potential markets? This was mentioned at the annual meeting organized by Fitch Ratings in Vietnam on Tuesday. What are the businesses’ responses?

EVN is one of the first enterprises in Vietnam to receive a credit rating from Fitch, which is expected to open a wave of businesses registering for ranking to proceed to issue bonds on the international market.
