Infographic: Child helpline 111 and 19 years of supporting children

VTV.vn - After 19 years of operation, child helpline 111 has received 5,398,105 calls, of which, there were 469,408 counselling requests.

It supported 9,601 cases of children-related abuse, violence, exploitation, children in especially difficult circumstances and violated rights of children.
