Vietnam has accelerated the establishment of 25 new industrial parks, thereby adding 7,300 hectares of industrial land.
This is the highest increase in land area since 2015. However, demand continues to exceed supply, with the occupancy rate increasing to nearly 72%.
Free trade agreements and production shifting in the world have helped to attract more FDI into the market. In addition, Vietnam's booming e-commerce sector has spurred the demand for land for warehousing services.
