Indian ocean conference focus on building regional architecture

VTV.vn - The third Indian Ocean Conference themed “Building Regional Architecture,” opened in Hanoi on August 27 and drew nearly 300 delegates from 40 countries and territories.
Vietnam Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh made an important speech at the conference.
According to delegates, in order to maintain sustainable trade and development in the region, countries need to maintain security for economic development, develop their infrastructure, and strengthen regional cooperation.
