Accordingly, Five9 will work with leading IT universities in Vietnam such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, VNU University of Engineering and Technology, and Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, to provide needed training and transfer to teachers and students needed to adopt IBM cloud computing and cognitive computing technology.
About 40 teachers and 500 students will benefit from the programme worth 44,000 US dollars. The company also closed deals with VTVlive, OneNet and BIDV, to launch cognitive computing applications for real life utilisation.
