Hotlines on credit support policy to be established
VTV.vn - The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) asked its provincial and municipal branches to publish hotlines to receive and handle feedback regarding the credit support policy, for those affected by Covid-19.
The SBV governor told branch leaders to directly give instructions in handling feedback, and take responsibility if the tasks are not carried out properly or are delayed.
The banking industry is currently rolling out a support package of nearly 12.8 billion USD for epidemic-hit businesses and individuals
