The timeframe can be extended, depending on the epidemic situation in each area. Localities must help solve difficulties, ensure transportation of goods, boost production and infrastructure construction. Meanwhile, the directive is applied for 16 provinces and cities at moderate risk, including Ha Giang, until 22 April.
The Prime Minister will make important adjustments on that day based on how the epidemic unfolds. Residents of all these 28 localities should stay at home and only go out when absolute necessary, keeping a minimum physical distance of 2 metres. Gathering in groups of more than two outside offices, schools, and hospitals, as well as public places, is still prohibited.
