The chefs showcasing their countries' culinary specialties made with herbs and ingredients from Hoi An. They come from Germany, Mauritius, Sweden, Greece, India, Sri Lanka, the US, Malaysia, Russia, and Portugal.
This is the second time the festival has been held with the participation of World Association of Chefs Societies.
Association president Thomas Andeas Gugler handed over a Hoi An the capital of Vietnam food award to the Hoi An People's Committee.
