A compilation of 118 decrees signed by late President Ho Chi Minh, most of which were signed in 1945 and 1946, are set to become available for public very soon.
Some of these decrees include decree number five, which considers the red flag with a five-pointed golden star the National Flag; and decree number 19 which was issued to open classes for farmers and workers.
The compilation was recognised as a national treasure in December last year. According to the State Records Management and Archives Department of Vietnam, there will be programmes to bring this compilation to the public, so that Vietnamese citizens can learn about their value in the country's history.
