Ho Chi Minh City Children Hospital inaugurates paediatric cardiology centre

The Paediatric Cardiology Centre will provide advanced diagnostics and treatment techniques with modern equipment, and function as a centre for training and transferring interventional cardiology techniques.

It is also a venue for international cooperation with participation from leading international cardiologists.

Similarly, advanced medical equipment will enable the newly launched Paediatric Intensive Care Unit Centre to implement modern and sophisticated techniques similar to other countries within the region and the world.

The inauguration of modern facilities and intensive centres on paediatrics at Children Hospital No.1 is the result of Ho Chi Minh City’s efforts to meet the healthcare needs of children throughout the city and southern provinces.
