In a significant milestone for its operations in Southeast Asia, Hilton has been named the No.1 Best Workplace in Vietnam for 2025 in the medium-sized enterprise category, according to global workplace research firm Great Place to Work. This marks the first time Hilton has reached the top spot in the country, improving from its No.2 position last year.
The recognition comes at a time of accelerated growth in Vietnam’s hospitality industry, with competition for talent intensifying. Hilton’s achievement reflects not only a strong internal culture but also a broader strategic commitment to building sustainable human capital in emerging markets.
