High UV levels risk health hazards
VTV.vn - HCM City is experiencing a heat wave, accompanied by extremely high UV, posing dangerous risks to human health.
Over the past week, the UV index sometimes reached nearly 11, a dangerous level. This week, the index is expected to remain above 8. UV levels are highest between 10am and 4pm. In addition to causing skin effects or hair loss, high UV rays also harm human health, especially increasing the risk of skin cancer.
