High school duo win third prize

The project studied the ability to destroy cancer cells by human antibodies. Nguyễn Thu Minh Châu and Hoàng Lữ Đức Chính from Thang Long High School in Da Lat worked on the project for 5 months. Their goal is to create the IANA- the substance that can kill cancer cells in the bloodstream. They raised prostate cancer, lung cancer and brain cancer cells for sample testing. Two other projects of Vietnamese students also won prizes in the contest.
