This year, in addition to traditional themes like Vietnam’s landscape and people and international destinations, the awards introduces new topics on the traditional costumes of Vietnam’s ethnic minorities and photos taken with special techniques (such as underwater shooting, macro shooting), as well as single photos related to the operation of Vietnam Airlines.
Submissions should be sent to heritagevna@gmail.com, from March 1 to August 31.
This year’s competition will present 18 prizes worth over VND326 million. The organsing board will select the outstanding entries in September 2019. The awards ceremony will take place in December 2019.
The contest aims to promote images of Vietnam’s landscape, people, and especially heritages recognised by the world.
