Heavy hailstorm hit Bac Kan province causing huge damage

VTV.vn - Thousands of lives in Bac Kan province were seriously affected after a hailstorm and strong winds hit the region on April 14. Provincial authorities have sent forces to the area for rescue and support.

The local people have been suffering from huge losses and damages. They should be given more aid from the government and donors.
