HCMC to shorten home quarantine for COVID-19 F0 cases

HCMC has shortened the quarantine time for Covid-19 F0 cases isolating at home by 4 days to only 10 days, as they can now be provided with Favi-Piravir anti-viral drugs, according to the city's Health Department.

Furthermore, Covid-19 patients between the ages of 3 and 64 will now be allowed to self-quarantine at home, as long as they exhibit zero or mild symptoms, are fully vaccinated, and do not have any major underlying conditions.

Patients who do not meet those requirements will also be eligible for home quarantine if they do not have underlying conditions, their health status is normal, and have been fully vaccinated or had their first dose 14 days prior.
