HCMC adds $174 mln to COVID support packages

The city has asked local authorities to finish distributing the handouts by January 15. Previously, more than 6.2 million people or nearly 81% of HCMC residents received money from the third batch of financial support.

As for this additional batch, priority will be given to people who hadn't received support due to being in quarantine or those who were eligible but had not been listed.
