Low temperatures in Northern Vietnam have negatively impacted the health of young and elderly people in mountainous regions. Many hospitals are at full capacity. Some of the most common cases received involve breathing, heart, and blood pressure problems. The Ministry of Health has requested these hospitals install heaters and serve hot food to patients during these cold days.
