The event, themed ‘Step together in a digitized world’, will feature a total of 300 booths from approximately 320 local and foreign enterprises hailing from Cuba, Germany, Japan, Russia, the United States, the Republic of Korea, and China.
On display will be an array of products and services from a wide range of sectors, including machinery, construction and building materials, along with IT, food and beverages, and agricultural and healthcare products.
A number of activities will be running on the sidelines of the function, including a seminar on seizing upon future export opportunities for local consumer goods with Amazon which will run on April 14 and a seminar on E-commerce & important legal issues on April 15.
Organisers will stage a talk show on policies relating to auto parts & components on April 15, and a seminar on domestic business development and export opportunities on e-commerce platform in a digitalised era.
The event represents a golden chance for both domestic and international enterprises as they seek to forge greater business links. Business contracts are expected to be signed at the expo.
