The city will also reclaim land that has been misused or left undeveloped, and resolve outstanding issues with land transferred by agricultural, forestry and defence agencies.
From 2027 to 2030, Hanoi aims to largely resolve long-standing projects issues and make better use of state-managed land. The city also plans to complete its land database in October, simplify administrative procedures and expand online public services. Major projects will be monitored against three-, seven- and 15-day milestones to flag delays early and resolve delays more quickly.
