Hanoi ready to evacuate 14 thousand residents

The district is flooded after heavy rain yesterday. The water level has now surpassed level 3. Three people were drowned in Chuong My District. The city has promptly assisted families who have suffered deaths. The electricity for more than 1,600 households is currently cut off for safety. Water levels will continue to rise. 10,000 sand bags protect the left bank of Bui River. Relevant forces must be deployed in full force around the clock, prepared for the worst.  Before that, people and the functional force of Chuong My District had raised 8km of dike surface.
