Dung made the request at a conference to issue a resolution on the tasks for the Hanoi Capital Command’s Party Committee in 2024.
He stated that the command should be proactive in forecasting and promptly advising to address emerging situations and to build the capital city’s armed forces with high quality and combat readiness.
The Hanoi Party leader also called on units and soldiers of the capital city’s armed forces to uphold their tradition and strive to complete the military tasks and goals for 2024.
