Hanoi boosts support for creative start-ups

VTV.vn - Hanoi recently launched a project titled Project 4889 to support creative start-ups in the capital city from 2019 to 2015.

This project, along with other ongoing projects, is expected to implement a number of breakthrough policies in order to support and develop creative start-ups in Hanoi and contribute to the city's economic growth. This would contribute to boosting the comprehensive development of Hanoi's start-up ecosystem.
