VTV.vn - The Hanoi government is looking to increase its citizens’ satisfaction regarding the delivery of public administrative procedures, known as SIPAS, to 90-95% by 2025.

It is part of the capital city’s plan to enhance the quality of public services provided at agencies and units under the municipal government over the next five years.

Specifically, the city aims to raise SIPAS to 85% in 2023 and 90-95% in 2025.

The plan also aims to increase the responsibility of heads of agencies, units, local authorities and civil servants in implementing measures to enhance the quality of public service delivery in boosting serve socio-economic development.

Under the plan, the city will publicise all administrative procedures in full, provide guidelines on how to submit documents and receive the results, any fees for each procedure, and other insights at single-window units, on the city’s portal and the websites of the relevant agencies.
