The information was announced by the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the People’s Committee of Hoai Duc district, at a press brief held on February 25.
As many as 100 standard booths and a general booth (150m2) will be installed at the fair, displaying agricultural equipment and supplies, safe agricultural products, OCOP products, and products of Hanoi craft villages and other localities throughout the country.
Typical agricultural products, handicraft products, OCOP products and ornamental plants of Hoai Duc district, will also be showcased at the fair.
Vice Chairman of Hoai Duc District People's Committee Nguyen Trung Thuan noted that the Organizing Board has calculated safety options for visitors to the fair, amid the complicated development of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition, the fair will contribute to restoring the production and supply chain of agricultural materials that have been broken, due to the pandemic over the past two years, while strengthening the connection between production and consumption, contributing to the building of new-style rural areas in Hanoi, Thuan added.
