Hail and whirlwinds in Ha Giang province
VTV.vn - Hail accompanied by whirlwinds have damaged a lot of properties and crops and have disrupted people's lives in Meo Vac District, Ha Giang Province.
Many building roofs have been blown away. In addition, many fields and crops have also been destroyed beyond recovery. Most of the communes and towns of Meo Vac District were also affected by the hail. The authorities of Hà Giang Province and local communes have mobilized forces to assist the people and create a plan to stabilize the region.
