The event was held to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Vietnamese People’s Army along with the 30th Whole People Defence Festival (December 22).
On display were over 200 valuable photos, documents and artifacts featuring the formation of the organisation as well as the heroic tradition and the victories of the People’s armed forces during the revolutionary history of the country.
Through the exhibits, visitors can also learn more about the achievements of the armed forces in the northern port city, contributing to the cause of building and protecting the locality.
The exhibition is expected to arouse patriotism and national pride in the younger generations, while encouraging them to uphold their responsibilities in devotion to the country’s development.
The event will last until December 23.
