Hai Duong welcomes Japanese investors

Hai Duong is committed to create favourable conditions for Japanese investment in Hai Duong, especially in construction and high tech industries. The bilateral cooperation will focus on environmentally friendly projects such as electronics, biotechnology and information technology. Japan is currently the second biggest foreign investor of Hai Duong, with about 1.1 billion USD worth of investment.
