Ha Tinh records industrialisation breakthrough

Five years ago, local budget revenue amounted to less than 89 million USD, but in 2015 this figure recorded a 6-fold increase to over 500 million USD. The Formosa Ha Tinh Iron Steel Complex, port and power plant at Vung Ang Economic Zone are key elements in boosting Ha Tinh’s industrialisation.

Industrial development has contributed significantly to the growth of Ha Tinh between 2010 to 2015. This is reflected in its average growth rate of 18%, nearly 3 times the national average, laying firm foundations for the province’s development.
