Great potential for Vietnam's e-payment market

VTV.vn - In a meeting with Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and the Ministry of Information and Communications, the two biggest telecom providers in Viet Nam, Viettel and VNPT, proposed that the PM instruct the central bank to allow them to offer financial switching services and electronic clearing services.

The realization of this proposal would add to the potential and diversity of Vietnam's current e-payment market. This would mean more choices for users, overall added diversity, and a boost for expansion of the digital payment market in Vietnam.
