The event attracted a large number of staff and employees from the station. VTV’s leadership and representatives from affiliated units were also present to extend their congratulations, encouragement, and appreciation to the "roses" of VTV.
"Today, I am honored not only as the head of the organization but also as the Chairman of the Committee for the Advancement of Women— a position I much value and wish to uphold alongside my colleagues in the Trade Union Executive Committee. Together, we strive to bring positive changes to Vietnam Television, with a particular focus on supporting our female colleagues", stated Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, General Director of Vietnam Television and Chairman of the Committee for the Advancement of Women.

The judging panel for the competition included: Mr. Dinh Dac Vinh – Deputy General Director of VTV and Chairman of the VTV Trade Union, serving as the Head Judge. Accompanying him was fashion designer Do Trinh Hoai Nam as the Deputy Head Judge. Other panelists included designer Pham Thi Chau Loan, singer Dinh Hien Anh, Ms. Hoang Thu Trang – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of HT Group Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics Corporation, and Meritorious Artist – Actor Dang Quang Thang.

During his opening speech, Mr. Dinh Dac Vinh, Deputy Party Secretary, Deputy General Director, and Chairman of the VTV Trade Union, emphasized:

"Graceful VTV" was not only a competition that highlighted the elegance of VTV’s female employees but also gave them a stage on which to display their talent, confidence, and charisma in various fields. Familiar faces from VTV, including editors, reporters, and directors, gracefully donned ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dresses), presenting a refreshing and radiant image.
After a series of impressive performances, the Graceful VTV competition concluded with the recognition of outstanding contestants. In the 40+ age category, the First Prize was awarded to Ms. Tran Thi Viet Anh from the Documentation Center (Contestant No. 19), while Ms. Tran Thi My Lan from the Art & Culture Department (Contestant No. 11) took home the Grand Prize.
MC My Lan from the Art & Culture Department won the Grand Prize in the 40+ age category at the Graceful VTV competition.
In the under-40 age category, the First Prize was awarded to Ms. Tran Ngan Ha from the Ethnic Language Television Department (Contestant No. 31), while the Grand Prize went to Ms. Hoa Tuong Vy from the Content Production and Digital Development Center (Contestant No. 41).

Additionally, the Grand Prize in the MC category was awarded to Ms. Le Xuan Anh, who stood out with her confident and professional demeanor. Moreover, the organizing committee honored contestants in various special categories, including Best Style, Most Graceful, Most Charming, and Best Ao Dai, further celebrating the elegance of VTV’s women.

In addition to the costume performances, the program featured lively interactive activities, which helped to build relationships among various departments within VTV and creating a positive and engaging workplace environment. This event also provided an opportunity for colleagues to express their appreciation and admiration for the women of VTV—those who have made and continue to make significant contributions to the development of Vietnam Television. The competition concluded in a joyful atmosphere, leaving a lasting impression and further promoting the image of VTV women as confident, talented, and graceful.
