The government has continued to take the initiative in its administration, which has resulted in better achievements in 2019 than the year before. However, the committee has asked for a more detailed analysis which would point out which ministries and industries have not created favourable conditions for businesses or have not reported on their own thrift practice.
The report should focus more on reforming the administrative procedure, handling weak state-owned enterprises, rolling out public investment, managing public properties and lands, as well as protecting forest resources.
The committee agreed on missions and solutions for 2020 and asked the government to focus on dealing with the current shortcomings, while taking the Covid-19 epidemic into consideration
