Government standing committee meets with northern provinces

Immediately after leaders of the central and northern mountainous provinces and Hanoi proposed that the Central Government invest in major transportation projects, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc chaired a meeting with the Government's standing committee to give directions and policies regarding investments in several important transport projects.

PM Phuc also requested ministries to work with banks to make sure there is sufficient capital for the projects in these provinces.
